Service Description
To schedule an appointment, a $145 Home Visit Fee is required. This fee includes the visit and an initial lice screening. Any additional screenings are $35 each. Treatment costs depend on hair length and range from $150 to $300. Please note that the Home Visit Fee may vary for locations farther than 25 miles from our service area — an additional travel fee will be charged upon the technician’s arrival. These charges will be applied at the time of diagnosis by our lice expert. **Appointments booked after 8:00 p.m. are subject to additional fees.** (CPT 99341–99345 New Patient) or (CPT 99347–99350 Established Patient) may be used for potential insurance reimbursement. However, coverage varies by provider, and we cannot guarantee acceptance. Please check with your insurer for confirmation.

Please be aware that our rates are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and the extent of the infestation. To maintain the quality of our services, we kindly request a notice of at least 8 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling. A 100% service fee will apply if changes are made within 8 hours of the appointment, and a 50% service fee will apply if canceled within 24 hours.
