If, within 30 days of your initial appointment, you discover any signs of lice infestation on the treated individual, we will provide a complimentary re-treatment, applying our new treatment guarantee at no cost except for the Home visit Fee of $145. Please note that this guarantee is subject to proper aftercare and adherence to our guidelines.

To qualify for our guarantee, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. All household members and occupants must undergo both lice screening and treatment if any positive cases are detected; otherwise, the guarantee is void - no exceptions. (including your babysitter).

  2. After treatment, kindly follow our expert's advice and use the recommended shampoos as directed.

  3. Inform individuals you've been in contact with during the previous 2 weeks about the infestation.

If you follow our instructions and still find any lice or nits in your hair, simply store them in a clear, zip-lock bag with tape and bring them to our experts as proof. Our Bye-Bye Pesky Lice experts will provide a new lice treatment and nit removal absolutely free of charge, excluding the cost of the home visit fee.

By fulfilling these conditions, you'll be eligible for our guarantee, ensuring a lice-free environment for you and your loved ones. We are committed to providing effective and long-lasting results, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.


For optimal results and to ensure a seamless experience, it is crucial that the patient's hair is clean, detangled, DRY and free from any hair products such as gel, wax, etc., before our skilled technicians arrive. Following these guidelines allows us to provide the best lice removal service possible. Please note that an additional fee of $100 will apply if the hair is not as detailed, as this may require additional time and effort to achieve the desired outcome. In such cases, we may need to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability. Your cooperation and adherence to these pre-appointment preparations are greatly appreciated as we strive to deliver the most effective and efficient lice treatment for you and your family.


To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Appointments can be booked online through our website's booking system. Please ensure to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.


We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
