CLEAN, DETANGLED AND DRY HAIR REQUIREMENT
For optimal results and to ensure a seamless experience, it is crucial that the patient's hair is clean, detangled, DRY and free from any hair products such as gel, wax, etc., before our skilled technicians arrive.
Following these guidelines allows us to provide the best lice removal service possible. Please note that an additional fee of $100 will apply if the hair is not as detailed, as this may require additional time and effort to achieve the desired outcome. In such cases, we may need to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability.

To qualify for our guarantee, please ensure the following conditions are met:

All household members and occupants must undergo both lice screening and treatment if any positive cases are detected; otherwise, the guarantee is void - no exceptions. (including your babysitter).
